Privacy Policy

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our app.

1. Sharing data
We never share your data with anyone. To this day, we have disclosed our user data to third parties, including governments.

devlord only stores the data it needs to function properly — for as long as you want devlord to function.
Your Account Information.
You provide your mobile phone number and email address to create a devlord account. You provide us the phone numbers in your mobile address book on a regular basis, including those of both the users of our Services and your other contacts. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such numbers. You may also add other information to your account, such as a profile name, profile picture, and status message.
Contacts
devlord uses phone numbers as unique identifiers, so that it is easy for you to switch from other messaging apps  and retain your social graph. We ask your permission before syncing your contacts.We store your contacts in order to notify you as soon as one of your contacts signs up for devlord and to properly display names in notifications. We only need the number and name (first and last) for this to work and store no other data about your contacts.

3. Automatically Collected Information
Usage and Log Information.
We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our Services, how you interact with others using our Services, and the like), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.
Transactional Information.
If you pay for our Services, we may receive information and confirmations, such as payment receipts, including from app stores or other third parties processing your payment.
Device and Connection Information.
We collect device-specific information when you install, access, or use our Services. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, browser information, IP address, mobile network information including phone number, and device identifiers. We collect device location information if you use our location features, such as when you choose to share your location with your contacts, view locations nearby or those others have shared with you, and the like, and for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes such as if you are having trouble with our app’s location features.
Status Information.
We collect information about your online and status message changes on our Services, such as whether you are online (your “online status”), when you last used our Services (your “last seen status”), and when you last updated your status message.

4. What personal information do we collect from the people that register our app?
When ordering or registering on our app, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, Password or other details to help you with your experience.

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.
We use regular Malware Scanning.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

8. Do we use ‘cookies’?
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes
